Bis 1951 mußten die Filmliebhaber auf eine kinematographische Umsetzung des ebenfalls 1943 veröffentlichten Romans 'The Barefoot Mailman' warten. Robert Cummings war in der Titelrolle zu sehen, Earl McEvoy führte Regie.Film lovers had to wait until 1951 for a cinematographic adaptation of the novel 'The Barefoot Mailman', also published in 1943. Robert Cummings played the title role and Earl McEvoy directed.
The film 'The Incredible Mr. Limpet' was released in 1964. It was based on the novel 'Mr. Limpet' published in 1942. Don Knotts, Carole Cook and Jack Weston took the leading roles. Arthur Lubin directed the film.
